AN INHIBITION METHOD OF GENETIC TOXICITY FOR COMPOSITION COMPRISING ISOTHIAZOLONE

A method for suppressing genetic toxicity of composition containing an isothiazolone compound is provided to inhibit genetic toxicity of the isothiazolone compound by adjusting pH and temperature. A method for suppressing genetic toxicity of isothiazolone comprises: a step of preparing an isothiazolone solution containing 0.5-90 weight% of isothiazolone of the chemical formula 1; a step of adding hydrochloric acid or hydrofluoric acid in the isothiazolone and adjusting the pH concentration less than 1; a step of raising the temperate to 30-70°C; and a step of adding neutralizing agent and adjusting the pH concentrate at 2-7.
