A method for preparing an anisotropic conductive film is provided to prevent partial hardening of a matrix due to external heat until thermal connection between electrodes by forming a hardener layer with reactivity at constant temperature. A method for preparing an anisotropic conductive film comprises forming at least one hardener layer(2) without mixing of a hardener to an insulating matrix. The anisotropic conductive film is manufactured to become more than 2 layers including a hardener layer and matrix layer(1,3). The matrix layer is at least one selected from an insulating matrix including insulating conductive particles(4) and an insulating matrix. The insulating matrix is at least one selected from a bisphenol A type epoxy resin, bisphenol F type epoxy resin, novolac type epoxy resin, polyester resin, vinyl resin, acrylic resin, polyolefin resin, PVA resin, polycarbonate resin, cellulose resin, ketone resin, and styrene resin.
