A multiple pocket note counting machine and an operation control method thereof are provided to improve workability, functionality and usability by automatically processing the counting, differentiating, and uniting of pocket note. A counting device(100) counts the paper currency. A transfer apparatus(200) transfers the bankroll ejected from the counting device. A fastening device(300) bands the transferred bankroll. A division exhaust apparatus discriminates the paper currency except the paper currency for succeeding and ejects the distinguished paper currency to the outside of the counting device. The central control equipment controls each part. The multiple pocket is positioned at the outer side of the counting device and locates the exhaustion paper currency.
