PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protection circuit module of a secondary battery which can be miniaturized and moreover has a high durability against an external vibration even if a sealing resin is used. SOLUTION: In the protection circuit module, concave portions 10, 11 are provided each on both of an upper and a bottom surfaces of a circuit board 1, semiconductor elements 7, 8 and a passive element 9 are distributed and mounted on both surfaces of the concave portions 10, 11. And, circumferential entire areas of the concave portions 10, 11 are surrounded by a composing element of the circuit board 1 respectively. In the concave portions 10, 11, an insulative material 12 made of a prepreg containing an epoxy resin or a glass fiber is filled up and sealed tight, and as a result, a miniaturization of the protection circuit module and an improvement in durability against an external vibration can be achieved.
