PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic-wave irradiation tube with excellent irradiation efficiency, yet irradiating as little as possible on a part which had better not be irradiated, since, with a conventional ultraviolet-ray irradiation device or the like, ultraviolet rays are often irradiated also in an unnecessary direction, where irradiation is not only unnecessary, but an adhesive is hardened or sometimes decomposed by the ultraviolet rays, and, moreover, the device may be decomposed by the ultraviolet rays if it is made of plastic. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic-wave irradiation tube includes an electromagnetic-wave reflective sheet loaded on a part of the surface of the tube where an electromagnetic wave is irradiated, on which, further, a plastic film for fixing the reflective sheet is firmly fixed.
