PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel skeleton structure for a combined floor panel, selecting rib strength to the optimum value, and having excellent economic efficiency. SOLUTION: A rib includes: a first raised part 3 in which one long side L1 end face of a plate material comes into contact with the top face of a bottom steel plate 1; a second raised part 4 in which the other long side L2 end face of the plate material comes into contact with the top face of the bottom steel plate 1 and also a corresponding portion of the back of the plate material coincides with a corresponding portion of the back of the plate material of the first raised part 3; a first inclined part 5 connected to the first raised part 3 and extended obliquely; and a second inclined part 6 connected to the second raised part 4 and the first inclined part 5 and extended obliquely, in which the corresponding portion of the back of the plate material coincides with the corresponding portion of the back of the plate material of the first inclined part 5. The rib is shaped by bending the plate material, and the plate material long side L1, L2 corresponding portions of the first and second raised parts 3, 4 are fixed to the bottom steel plate 1 by fillet welding.
