PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve shearing strength of an upper part (portion above a hoop 6 directly under an anchor plate 20) of a column-beam joint part which is conventionally a plain concrete part when the anchor plate 20 of a main reinforcement 1 for a column is arranged at a lower part of an upper-end reinforcement 10 for a beam in a column-beam joint part of an uppermost story of a reinforced concrete building or the like. SOLUTION: Main reinforcements 1 for a column located in at least four corners are projected above an anchor plate 20 for forming upper end projected parts 8. An outer periphery of the upper-end projected parts 8 are enclosed and upper-end part hoops 6A, 6B are provided, so as to form the column-beam joining part structure 50. The upper-end part hoops 6A, 6B are arranged in a necessary quantity according to an acting shearing force of the column-beam joint part. The upper-end hoop 6B is arranged right above the upper-end reinforcement 10 for the beam while the upper-end hoop 6A is arranged at the lower part of the upper-end reinforcement 10 for the beam and also near a location just above the anchor plate 20.
