<p>An apparatus for processing eyeglass lens is provided to set the desired bevel curve or the bevel curve corresponding to a frame curve without taking so much time. An apparatus for processing eyeglass lens comprises data input unit obtaining profile data of the rim of an eyeglass frame, nose pad position sensing parts(200F,200R) obtaining nose pad location on the front and back sides of the lens based on lens shape data extracted from the profile data, a bevel curve setting part having an input unit which selects the bevel curve coinciding with the frame curve based on at least the rim profile data, a reference point setting part which sets up first through fourth points as reference points for obtaining bevel track on the nose pad location of the lens, and a bevel track operation part.</p> |
