A method for electrically detecting the interaction between bio molecular using a scanning tunneling microscope is provided to analysis nano-sized array and to detect a plurality of analyzing object with one measuring system. A method for electrically detecting the interaction between bio molecular comprises: a step of fixating a first bio molecular on a metallic board; a step of inducing interaction between a second bio molecular and the first bio molecular by applying the second bio molecular on the metallic board; and a step of determining the bond between the first and second bio molecular according to an electric signal measured after the metallic board is scanned by a STM(Scanning Tunneling Microscope). The first bio molecular and the second bio molecular are DNA, RNA, and protein or carbohydrate. The metallic board is a gold substrate. |
