An egg containing nutrients by injection with syringes and a preparation method thereof are provided to be used as a snack or meal-substitute food by injecting nutrients to the egg yolk or egg white of poultry egg. A method for preparing an egg containing nutrients comprises the following steps of: injecting a syringe needle to egg yolk(100) or egg white(200) through an egg shell(300); inputting nutrients to the egg yolk or egg white; starch-sealing a hole formed on the surface of the egg shell caused by the syringe needle; and boiling or roasting the sealed poultry egg.
