<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an escrow system for building construction expense, capable of surely protecting a building owner's deposit by enhancing the credit for adequacy of the time or amount of piecework payment. <P>SOLUTION: The system includes a plurality of communication terminals 3 set in each organization, and a server 2 including a format management part 25 for providing a management format screen. The server 2 further includes a storage part 23 which preliminarily stores ID registration information of each organization, a mail transmitting part 26, and an approval means capable of transmitting approval signal to communication terminals 3a, 3b and 3c. The management format screen includes a performance report column G to which only the inspection organization communication terminal 3c can input. Only when the server 2 receives information of a performance report input to the performance report column G and approval signal from the inspection organization communication terminal 3c, further receives approval signal from the building owner communication terminal 3b, and thereafter receives approval signal from the head office communication terminal 3a, the server 2 transmits a payment scheduled day to a credit organization communication terminal 3f from the mail transmitting part 26, and displays the payment scheduled day on the management format screen. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
