PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry-wet spinning apparatus which can give a yarn having a stable performance high in physical property of a single filament group constituting the yarn and free in the irregularity of the quality of the single filament group in a dry-wet spinning method for once spinning a spinning dope into air from a spinneret having many nozzles formed therein, and then guiding the dope into a coagulation bath storing a coagulation liquid therein to form the yarns. SOLUTION: The dry-wet spinning apparatus at least includes a spinneret 1 in which many nozzles for spinning the spinning liquid in a yarn-like shape are formed, a coagulation bath filled with a coagulation liquid and having a liquid surface level maintained at a constant distance through an air gap between the spinneret and the liquid surface level, a flow pipe 2b immersed in the coagulation liquid and in which a coagulation liquid from the upper end portion flows down, and a roller 3 disposed below the flow pipe and forcibly driven, wherein the spinning liquid spun from the many nozzles are traveled together with the coagulation liquid flowing down the flow pipe and coagulated and fiberized into yarns Y<SB>1</SB>, Y<SB>2</SB>, and the yarns are taken and wound around a roller.
