PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an austenitic stainless high alloy-welded joint excellent in welding surface crack-resistance, in spite of a high P content and perfectly austenite-solidification. SOLUTION: A basic material and welding metal for austenitic high alloy-welded joint, is composed of >0.3% to 2.0% C,≤4.0% Si, 0.10-3.0% Mn, >20% to 80% Ni, 0.001-5% Al,≤0.3% N, wherein the formula of [C≥0.6×P+0.27] is satisfied, and the balance Fe with impurities. Therein, in the elemental symbols in the above formula show the content with mass% of each element. The material may contain one or more selected among the following (1) group and (2) group, (1) group: one or more elements among≤5% Cu,≤10% Mo,≤10% W,≤2% V,≤3% Nb,≤3% Ti,≤8% Ta,≤1% Zr,≤1% Hf,≤15% Co,≤0.03% B, and (2) group: one or more elements among≤0.05% Ca,≤0.05% Mg,≤0.3% REM.
