PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acceleration limiter device and a guiding system providing stable target tracking even in a missile having a shape with which the missile becomes unstable when the missile turns in a specific direction. SOLUTION: The acceleration limiter device is equipped with an acceleration limiter part 12 having an arithmetic unit and a storage, and a limiter table 13 storing limiter values being acceleration limit values per turning angle. In the acceleration limiter part 12, an acceleration command value being a turning direction and acceleration of the missile is input, a turning angle of the missile is calculated from the acceleration command value, a limiter value with respect to the turning angle is read out from the limiter table 13, and a limited acceleration command value being a value of limiting the acceleration command value by the limit value is output an autopilot device 14.
