OPTICAL FILM CONTROLLED PRISM SHAPE AND PREPARING THEREOF

An optical film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to perform excellent shape reproducibility by corresponding a shape of a prism into a carved shape correctly. A prism shape is molded in an optical film. One surface of the optical film(200) is molded to a prism shape. A shape of an oblique side of the prism is molded to form a curved shape of the prism inside. Sharpness of a vertex is improved. A ratio of a half side of a triangle and a half-fold side of the triangle is 0.1 ~ 10%. The vertex of the prism and an end part of the bottom side are connected to a straight line.
