<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit bath refurbishing method capable of partitioning an existing unit bath into a bathroom or a shower room, and a toilet room. <P>SOLUTION: A bathroom rack 31 of the existing three-piece-set unit bath 1A is removed. A T-letter-shaped pipe 3 is inserted into a pipe insertion hole 33 from the side of a joint part 3A-1 of a horizontal pipe 3A, and the T-letter-shaped pipe 3 is erected to have a T-letter shape in a piping space PS.
