PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely seal the inside of a bag in an article storing bag with a notch line. SOLUTION: The article storing bag A1 is equipped with: a first panel 1 and a second panel 2 which are formed of film members and in which both side parts and bottom parts 6 are connected in the state where they are mutually piled up to constitute a bag body; and a perforation 4 for unsealing formed near the upper part in the first panel 1.
