<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel, especially a touch panel using a carbon nanotube film, its manufacturing method, and a display device using the touch panel concerning the touch panel, its manufacturing method, and the display device using the touch panel. <P>SOLUTION: A touch panel includes a first electrode plate and a second electrode plate separated at prescribed interval from the first electrode plate. The first electrode plate includes a first substrate, a first conductive layer located on the first substrate, and two first electrodes respectively arranged at two opposite ends of the first conductive layer. The second electrode plate includes a second substrate, a second conductive layer located on the second substrate, and two second electrodes respectively arranged at two opposite ends of the second conductive layer. At least one of the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer includes carbon nanotube layers.
