<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerant pipe and its manufacturing method, reducing a pressure loss when a refrigerant flows, in the refrigerant pipe of adjacently molding a flange part and an O ring groove in a bending part of a bent pipe having a joint member. <P>SOLUTION: This refrigerant pipe has a pipe member 110 of bending the whole shape in an L shape by the bending part 111, and the joint member 120 installed in a pipe tip part 112 being one side of the bending part 111 and forming a connecting member with a mating side pipe member, and is provided by arranging the flange part 113 and the O ring groove 114 in the pipe end part 112. The thickness of the pipe end part 112 is formed thicker on the outer diameter side than the thickness in a general part of the pipe member 110 in an area forming at least the O ring groove 114, and an inner peripheral wall of the pipe end part 112 is continuously flatly formed from the bending part 111. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
