PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a feeling of high class of a special molded article is spoilt by the existence of a mark of a blowing pin in spite of providing a skin for a purpose of providing the feeling of the high class on its appearance as the mark of the blowing pin is left on the hollow molded article with the skin. SOLUTION: In this hollow molded article, the blowing pin 6 movable forward and backward is provided in a cavity of a split mold, and after a cut 5 of the skin with the cut is locked by inserting the blowing pin performing a first step advancement into the cavity through the cut 5, a parison 8 is hung down between the split mold, and then, the split mold is clamped and the blowing pin performs a second step advancement to make the blowing pin penetrate through to the inside of the parison. Thereafter, compressed air is blown into the inside of the parison through the blowing pin, the parison is offset and shaped by a thickness of the skin for a shape of the cavity, and the blowing pin is retreated to pull out the blowing pin from the parison and the skin.
