PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that resistance against an external environment is not obtained since there is a possibility that a motor for driving fans has trouble by exposing an electronic component such as the motor to the external environment under a situation where resistance against the external environment such as waterproofness has to be considered, concerning an air-cooling device with a sealed case body, where the fans are respectively arranged at an inner side and an outer side so as to perform air-cooling by the forcible convection flow of the air inside the case body and the air outside the case body. SOLUTION: The air-cooling device includes: the case body with a hole for penetrating a rotary axis where one end is projected toward the inner side of an attachment surface and the other end is projected toward the outer side of the attachment surface; the inner fan attached to one end of the rotary axis; the outer fan attached to the other end of the rotary axis; and the motor arranged inside the case body so as to rotate the inner fan.
