SILICA PARTICLES OF CORE-SHELL SHAPE WITH MESOPOROUS SHELLS AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

A silica particle of core-shell shape with mesoporous shells and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to produce silica particles having good properties can be used as a catalyst, an adsorbent, and a low dielectric etc. A manufacturing method of a silica particle of a core-shell shape with mesoporous shells includes the following steps of: producing the silica particle having uniform size from a silica precursor; mixing a mixed solution consisting of the silica precursor, an alkyl ammonium based surfactant, a phosphonic acid based cosurfactant, water and ammonia; producing a silica particle of the core-shell shape having the mesoporous shells; and heat-treating the silica particle of the core-shell form.
