<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral composition which does not cause condensation, precipitation and the like and uniformly comprises lysozyme or its salt while stably maintaining its activity. <P>SOLUTION: The oral composition comprises (a) lysozyme or its salt, (b) at least one anionic water-soluble polymer selected from a carboxymethyl cellulose salt, xanthan gum and carrageenan, and (c) at least one water-soluble metal salt selected from the group consisting of a magnesium salt, a calcium salt, and a zinc salt. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
