PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxial structure achieving facilitated wiring work between two casings and preventing damage to a cable and disconnection thereof by reducing stress applied to a wiring cable, to provide a flexible circuit substrate arranged inside of the biaxial structure, and to provide a biaxial subassembly and a mobile terminal device provided with the biaxial structure. SOLUTION: This biaxial structure is provided with a substantially cylindrical opening/closing axis 71 acting as the center of the turning movement of a keypad B with respect to a display section A, and a substantially cylindrical rotating axis substantially orthogonally connected to the opening/closing axis 71 and acting as the center of the turning movement of the display section A. The rotating axis is composed of two columnar portions 72, 91b of substantially semicircular cross sectional surfaces, having a flat portion. The biaxial subassembly C is formed by sandwiching the flexible circuit substrate 80 between the columnar portions 72, 91b. Mobile terminal devices 2, 3 are formed using the biaxial subassemblies D, E equipped with a camera unit 60 at an intersection of the opening/closing axis with the rotating axis.
