<p>The method for the production of a cast part, comprises casting a melt in a casting mold equipped with ventilation elements in a pressure casting process. The melt is guided and reflected against a part turned away from the ventilation elements, so that the melt collides with after-flowing melt, and so that turbulences (6), transverse flows and/or turbulent currents are produced and rinse the air in the ventilation elements, where the air is enclosed in inaccessible areas of the mold. A machine tool-receiving flange is the area provided with melt. A reception element suitable for a rotary ablating machining and a rotary metal-cutting machining is produced for removing machining elements. The melt is laminarly guided against the part through correspondingly positioned ventilation elements and through correspondingly positioned sections (2) arranged below a horizontal rotation axis of the cast part. Gas residues that are not yet completely rinsed out by the melt are rinsed in the part turned to the section in laminarly flowing melt by terminating pressure-increasing process. The cast part is suited for receiving cutting tools and indexable cutting plates. The melt is a die-castable material, a light metal material, an aluminum material and/or aluminum alloy, and a magnesium material and/or magnesium alloy. An independent claim is included for a cast mold for producing a cast part.</p> |
