<p>Disclosed is a process for efficiently producing a heterocycle-substituted pyridine derivative. Specifically disclosed is a process for producing a compound represented by Formula (I), which comprises the step of reacting a compound represented by Formula (III) with a compound represented by Formula (II) in a solvent in the presence of a Pd catalyst and a base. In Formulae (I) to (III), R1 represents a hydrogen atom or the like; R2 represents a hydrogen atom, a C1-6 alkyl group, an amino group which may be protected by a protective group or the like; one of X and Y represents a nitrogen atom and the other represents a nitrogen atom or an oxygen atom; Q represents a leaving group; the ring A represents a 5- or 6-membered heteroaryl or benzene ring which may have one or two halogen atoms or C1-6 alkyl groups; Z represents a single bond, a methylene group, an ethylene group, an oxygen atom or the like; R represents a hydrogen atom, a C1-6 alkyl group or the like; R3 represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom or the like; and R4 represents a hydrogen atom or a halogen atom, provided that all of R1, R2 and R4 do not represent a hydrogen atom when Z represents a single bond or when R3 represents a hydrogen atom.</p> |
