The invention relates to small-sized portable devices for treating trees, berry bushes and vegetables against pests and for carrying out a dosed water-saving irrigation associated with fertilisation. The inventive device is in the form of a sprayer mounted on a device floating in reservoir with a working liquid, which is designed, for example in the form of a barrel. The sprayer comprises an immersed vibration pump which is secured from the top on the axis of a supporting device on an extension spring and is used for upwardly pumping a liquid solution. The pressurized liquid passes from the delivery pipe of the vibration pump via a fitting adapter to a liquid pressure regulator which is connected to a detachable device for spraying and electrically controlling the operation of the sprayer. The inventive device makes it possible to facilitate a process of treating fruit and vegetable gardens at farms at high performance.
