<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pollution-free electromagnetic heating type hot water boiler. <P>SOLUTION: A flow water heating type hot water preparation device and a static water heating type hot water device are combined, and electromagnetism is used for a heat source. An electrode bar filled with special cement is used inside the heating device. Temperature expansion is used as an accelerator. A heat storage layer is used for size reduction. The device takes a spidal shape upon raising the temperature, and a main body is directly joined with a pipe. The special cement is mixed with a material containing iron and alumina, and a main body electromagnetic layer has a cement-based electromagnetic layer.
