PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present content desired by a user without hindering opportunities to expose a large quantity of content. SOLUTION: A search keyword input through a keyboard is transferred to a data search server through the Internet. A relevant word search part 36 searches a relevant word of the search keyword in reference to a thesaurus dictionary, and determines scores of the search keyword and the searched relevant word. An image search part 37 searches an image having the search keyword or the relevant word as metadata from an image DB 39. The image is searched in the descending order of a value obtained by subtracting the number of non-selection times for each user ID or a user overall non-selection degree from the scores calculated by the relevant word search parts 36 according to a predetermined rule.
