PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifuge separation method and centrifugal separator where mechanism and operation are simple when the centrifuge separation process is automatically performed by the separator, and to provide an easy centrifuge separation method and centrifugal separator for preventing evaporation of a sample under centrifuge separation without using a lid. SOLUTION: This centrifuge separation method comprises a dispensing process of dispensing the sample 1 to a centrifugal tube 2, an adding process of adding evaporation preventing liquid 3 to the upper part of the sample 1 and superimposing it on the upper part of the sample 1, and a centrifuge separation process of rotating the centrifugal tube 2 to separate the material in the sample 1 with centrifugal force with the centrifugal separator 21.
