A method for manufacturing a grid for a lead-acid battery is provided to improve an anti-corrosive property and initial strength, to suppress the growth deformation of a grid according to the corrosion, and to reduce the aging period. A method for manufacturing a grid for a lead-acid battery comprises the first step for casting a grid to the grid alloy, wherein the grid alloy comprises Ca 0.04-0.05 wt%, Sn 1.0-1.1 wt%, Ag 0.010-0.011 wt%, Al 0.004-0.005 wt% and the balance of lead; and the second step for aging the casted grid in a room having the humidity of 90 % and the temperature of 90 °C, for 2 hours. The grid can be manufactured in the expand form and punching form. |
