An all wheel steering apparatus of a six-wheeled vehicle is provided to reduce the time for steering and to improve motive power by steering a wheel at the minimum angle. An all wheel steering apparatus of a six-wheeled vehicle is composed of a T-type meter box(1210) distributing the rotation power generated by a steering wheel(1110) to first and second output shafts(1211,1212), an L-type meter box(1410) changing the transmitting direction of the distributed rotation power, first and third shaft steering gear boxes(1220,1420) decelerating the distributed rotation power and the redirected rotation power, first and third shaft steering guide assemblies(1240,1440), first and third shaft tie rods(1241,1242,1441,1442) changing the direction of first and third shaft wheels, a second shaft tie rod mounting bracket(1310) arranged between the first and the third shaft steering guide assembly, and second shaft tie rods(1311,1312) supporting a second shaft wheel.
