<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain use information of control object information managed by a particular information use control system by requesting it to another information use control system, while avoiding or reducing increase of an access frequency to the above particular system, when a plurality of information use control system is provided. <P>SOLUTION: An information processing system 1 includes information use control systems 10, 20, each having a memory for storing the use control information to control the use of the control object information, and on receiving a request of the use information corresponding to the control object information, providing the use information to use the control object information, based on the use control information stored in the memory in association with the control object information. The system 10 includes an information transmission section 14 for transmitting to the system 20 the information stored in a memory 11 of the system.
