<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion sheet which has a heat insulating function while eliminating the need for providing a separate power source. <P>SOLUTION: A thermoelectric conversion device has a thermoelectric conversion section and a power source. The thermoelectric conversion device includes the thermoelectric conversion section and a solar cell section for supplying electricity to the thermoelectric conversion section. In the device, the thermoelectric conversion section can be operated without the need for providing a separate power source.
