PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer capacitor array for controlling equivalent series resistance. SOLUTION: First and second internal electrodes 21, 25 are arranged so that they oppose each other while sandwiching a dielectric layer 9, and third and fourth internal electrodes 31, 35 are arranged so that they oppose each other while sandwiching the dielectric layer 9. A plurality of first internal electrodes 21 are electrically connected to a first external connection conductor 15 via an extraction conductor 22; the second internal electrode 25 is electrically connected to a second terminal conductor 12 via an extraction conductor 26; the third internal electrode 31 is electrically connected to a third terminal conductor 13 via an extraction conductor 33; and the fourth internal electrode 35 is electrically connected to a fourth terminal conductor 14 via an extraction conductor 36. At least one first internal electrode of which the number is less than the total number of first internal electrodes 21 by one is electrically connected to the first terminal conductor 11 via the extraction conductor 23.
