PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture-proof vessel for a powder detergent, having a moisture-proof layer containing an inorganic layered compound and a synthetic resin, excellently preventing caking of the powder detergent after long-term storage, and storing hygroscopic powder such as the detergent for clothing, a detergent for foods and the like. SOLUTION: The packing vessel comprises: the hygroscopic layer containing the inorganic layered compound and the synthetic resin; and a sheet of laminated paper having a polyolefine layer. The packing vessel for the powder detergent has the polyolefine layer formed on the inside of the moisture-proof layer. The packing vessel for the powder detergent has the polyolefine layer laminated on the moisture-proof layer. The packing vessel for the powder detergent has the polyolefine layer composed of at least one selected from a polyethylene resin and a polypropylene resin.
