PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein, if the document data has been edited when document data is to be reprinted by using a printing history, a printing different from an expected printing result is made when reprinted. SOLUTION: A user is made to set a reprinting deadline. When a once printed document is edited and updated within the deadline, a version management is automatically performed, while the stored document is deleted if the document is not reprinted within the set period.
