The displacement unit has a pin (5) movable in a profile casing (4) in an axial direction, and including a displacement area (7) and a connecting area for fixed connection with a driven and propelled component. The component has diameter that is greater than diameter of the displacement area. Balls (9) are arranged for torque transmission in outer tracks (6) and inner tracks (8) that are associated with each other in pairs. The connecting area has a ring-shaped protrusion (15) that surrounds a section of the displacement area and fastens balancing weights (16) e.g. flat metal strips.
