A fuse block can be assembled easily and surely to a cover, and an increased number of circuits can be accommodated easily. A bus bar block (4) is constituted by providing a plurality of bus bars (19), each having a terminal portion (19a) for connecting an electric component on one end side and a terminal portion (19b) for connecting a circuit board on the other side, in parallel with each other on an insulating block body (18), wherein a rib (23) integrated with the block body is used to prevent the plurality of bus bars from floating, recesses (50, 51) for positioning the rib are provided on an insulating cover (9), and the bus bar block is positioned by making the rib engage with the recesses at the same time that the bus bar block is assembled to the cover. A terminal block (3) consisting of a plurality of terminals (14), each having a terminal portion (14a) for connecting an electric component on one end side and a terminal portion (14b) for connecting a circuit board on the other side, and an insulating block body (13) for holding the plurality of terminals is arranged between the upper layer portion of the bus bar block (4) and a circuit board (2).
