A driving method of an air conditioning system for a vehicle is provided to prevent the flow of RPM from being atypically generated in the repeated on/off operation. A driving method of an air conditioning system for a vehicle comprises: a step of reflecting the estimated torque calculated by computing the generating torque by the drive of the car air conditioner; a step of counting the time after the inputting of a compressor off signal; and a step of delaying the drive of the compressor until time of the off signal input after exceeds the restricted time. The restricted time is 5 seconds, the time for stabilizing the compressor stop after the off signal of the compressor.
