摘要 A manufacturing device of 8 shape optical cable and a method thereof are provided to form a tube of a circular shape and to prevent light loss of optical fiber by restricting shape deformation according to contraction of polyethylene resin. An extrusion head(120) has a needle. Optical fiber is inserted into a first insertion pipe. A second insertion pipe in which a core is inserted, is formed on the needle. An extruder(110) extrudes polyethylene resin through an outlet by supplying the resin between the needle and a die. A sizing unit(200) discharges fluid in a transfer path and a duct of a sizing main body to outside.
