<p>The present invention for reconfiguring a common channel receives modified channel configuration information of a first common channel through a second common channel, and determines a starting time of reconfiguring the first common channel, according to a type of an information element including the modified channel configuration information. Also, the present invention reconfigures the first common channel from the determined starting time.
