A daylight saving time table for managing DST in a system and a method of managing a time of the DST by using the same are provided to reduce waste of time and system resources during periodic or aperiodic update due to a DST table change. A DST(Daylight Saving Time) table(200) includes a DST mode setting cell(210) for setting DST mode, a DST time cell(220) for setting DST time and a DST start time cell(230) for setting a DST start time and a DST end time cell(240) for setting a DST end time. It is set whether the DST mode setting cell activates DST mode. The DST start time is set up based on the standard time. The DST end time is set up based on the DST.
