An array substrate for in plane switching mode liquid display device without increasing a parasitic capacitance between common electrode and data line is provided to improve production yield through a six or seven mask process. A first insulating layer is formed on a semiconductor layer(140). A gate wiring is comprised task on the first insulating layer. A common wire(150) is located in parallel with the gate wiring. A pixel electrode is designed on the first insulating layer to the pattern of the plate shape. The source/drain hole of the second insulating layer exposes the above semiconductor layer on the pixel electrode. A data line(130) perpendicularly intersects with the gate wiring on the second insulating layer. A source electrode is contacted with the above semiconductor layer. A drain electrode is located with the source electrode. A common electrode is contacted with the common wire on the third/fourth insulating layer. |
