A service server with a load balancing-type scheduling structure for an internet service and a service method thereof are provided to simultaneously transmit connection requested from clients and an information transfer request asynchronously. A client process thread(150) extracts a message from a corresponding request queue among a plurality of request queues. When a reference result of a database is transmitted to a client(10), the client process thread configures a response message in a client object. When a file is transmitted after referring to a database by the client, the client process thread records transmission target file information in the client object. A file read thread(160) reads a file corresponding to the transmission target file information recorded in the client object from the file system(182).
