摘要 <p>A method for amplifying the frequency variation of detection signal in a bio sensor for detecting biomolecule by measuring the variation of frequency of piezoelectrical material is provided to perform qualitative and quantitative analysis and diagnose or monitor disease. A method for amplifying the frequency variation of detection signal in a bio sensor for detecting bio molecule comprises: a step of binding a bio molecule(30) in a subject sample to be analyzed and probe(20) fixed on a substrate(12) of the bio sensor; a step of binding a metal particle-binded protein and the bio molecule; and a step of binding the metal particle(60) of the protein(50) with metal enhancer(70). The bio sensor is SAW(surface acoustic wave) sensor, QCM(quartz crystal microbalance), cantilever, or FBAR(film bulk acoustic resonance) filter. The probe is binded on the upper part of substrate of bio sensor. The metal particle is gold particle, and metal enhancer is silver ion.</p>
