A phase difference film, a polarizer having the same, and a liquid crystal display are provided to offer phase difference by aligning an anisotropic material with extension processing, and to offer excellent productivity and availability. A phase difference film includes a polymer resin and a silicon-containing compound. The silicon-containing compound is aligned by extension processing. In the phase difference film, the phase difference within a film plane is 10~500 nm. The phase difference of thickness direction is 10~500 nm. The phase difference film including the silicon-containing compound is indicated to a chemical formula 1.
