A spring cap unlock prevention structure of a dental handpiece is provided, which prevents unlocking of a spring cap due to the vibration generated during operation. A spring cap unlock prevention structure of the dental handpiece comprises: a shaft(2) which rotates with the rotation of the impeller(1); a spring(3) which is installed inside the shaft; a spring cap which is installed to prevent the shaft separation of the spring; a spring cap(4) which is mounted on one end of the shaft; a female thread which is formed at one end of the shaft; an unlock prevention groove(210); a male thread(400) which is formed to correspond to the female thread; an unlock prevention protrusion(410) which is formed to correspond to the unlock prevention groove; and an unlock prevention projection(220).
