A flexible board attaching process for automatically sealing opening after an attaching process and a patterned sealant are provided to eject liquid crystal material remaining with the bubble and charge the patterned sealant. A patterned sealant(23) surrounds liquid-phase material between a pressurized second substrate and a first substrate. The sealant material is fixed on the first substrate. The sealant material forms the frame accommodating the liquid material, and the first end sealant arranged in the sealant material. A point adhesive within the opening is provided. A guiding rib is extended from the second end sealant.
