CELLUCLAST AUTOLYSIS HAVE ANTICANCER ACTIVE FROM CODIUM FRAGILE

A celluclast autolysis having anticancer activity of Codium fragile as an active ingredient is provided to have inducing ability of U-937 blood cell apoptosis and use as a pharmaceutical product and health functional food. A method for manufacturing a celluclast autolysis having anticancer activity comprises: a step of adding buffer to a freeze-dried Coldium fragile and mixing celluclast; a step of hydrolyzing at pH 4.5, 50°C for 12 hours; a step of centrifuging at 5,000g for 20 minutes and removing remaining materials; a step of filtering; a step of mixing with ethanol to generate precipitate; a step of resolving in water and mixing ammonium sulfate; a step of precipitating protein and centrifuging; and a step of removing the ammonium sulfate and isolating raw sugar through freeze-drying.
